Our story begins in the fields
Before we were hoteliers, we were farmers and we still are.
Our family runs La Mattera, an agricultural estate nestled in the hills of Le Marche, where we grow olives, grapes, tomatoes, and seasonal fruits with care and love.
From this land come the olive oil, wine, handmade tomato sauces, and jams you’ll taste
each morning at breakfast and during our tastings.
Everything is fresh, local, and deeply rooted in our tradition.
